Refund policy
We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:
Returns & Exchanges
• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
• To start a return, please email us at info@sheandsons.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
• Custom or personalised items
• Perishable goods
• Sale or clearance items
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Refunds
• Once we receive your item and inspect it, we’ll notify you via email.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Return Shipping
• Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
• We recommend using a tracked service as we’re not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Damaged or Faulty Items
• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of any damage.
• We’ll offer a replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate.
